It has become a tradition at Greely for the senior class to carve pumpkins and display them on Main Street for Halloween. It was a cold day, but they got the job done!

GHS staff had a great time participating in trivia during their recent professional development day.

Fun things happening this week at GHS for Homecoming. Dress up day (duos, trios and groups), and the assembly were highlights. The week will end with a Homecoming dance on Saturday.

On Saturday, October 12, choirs from Greely High School and North Yarmouth Academy performed at American Idol Finalist Julia Gagnon's concert "Little Things" at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor. The choirs were invited to sing with Julia as representatives of her home community. Julia is a Cumberland resident who started her education at MSAD 51 schools, transferring to NYA for middle and high school. Six other American Idols also performed throughout the evening.

Fifth graders at GMS 4-5 created line compositions.

With over 79 students leading the charge, the group works under the motto "Smash the Stigma," prioritizing mental health across their school.

Mother Nature did not cooperate for the Senior Sunrise Breakfast, but the food was yummy and a good time was had by all!
